2015 AGM Agenda

Entries for the 2015 can be submitted manually or by online entry through www.rodeogo.com  Please be aware of the Finals General Information before entering. We would like to encourage you to use the online entry system as it makes it a lot easier on the office side and allows you to receive draw notifications as well as your run times at finals.

Please DO NOT try to enter two in the same online entry. Each contestant must complete a SEPARATE ENTRY, with a DIFFERENT e-mail address. So please DO NOT try to enter yourself and your youth or pee wee in your online entry.

Entries submitted manually must be RECEIVED by the SBRA Office by July 10th, entries received after that date will be returned and will not be valid.  2015 Mail in Entry Form

E-mail Contestant Bios to finalsentries@outlook.com  We need a bio for each contestant, there is no form to fill out, just e-mail us a short writeup for the announcer to use.

If entering through RodeoGo payment must be completed through PayPal in order for the entry to process. If you have a PayPal account you can use that or you can use a credit card through PayPal.

**Each contestant must create their own profile, this means a SEPARATE e-mail address has to be used to create each profile.  We understand many youth and pee wee members do not have an e-mail address however they are free to create through Gmail and Outlook.  Once a profile is setup it can be used for all RodeoGo events and years to come.

Helpful tips for entering:

  • You only need to enter the 1st GO when you do your online entries, the system automatically puts you into the 2nd GO
  • You will need a profile created to be able to enter online, once created be sure to click edit profile and add your horse profiles.
  • If your horse is registered, please use the registered name when filling out the profile, you can put the barn name in brackets behind. (You don’t have to fill out the entire pedigree)
  • If entering multiple horses select Long-45 to ensure you have a minimum of 45 horses between each of your horses
  • A maximum of 4 stalling buddies can be listed, please note these in the additional info box when entering.
  • If you are hauling a stallion note that in the additional info box
  • There are 197 indoor box stalls available and 30 pens under cover and will be at a first entered basis.  If you would prefer one of the covered outdoor pens mention that in the additional info box.
  • Camping spots are limited and will be done on a draw basis. Contestants wishing to reserve a camping spot must send an email request to the S.B.R.A. Secretary by June 30th, 2015. Once the draw is made, you will be notified and payment must be received to the SBRA Secretary by July 10th, 2015 to secure the camping spot in your name. If a contestant drawn for a camping spot does not send payment by this date, the next person on the list will be contacted. Campsite is located on North end of the grounds by the main entrance on Ruth St. Absolutely NO horses can be in the camping area.
